The company is responsible, among others, for making railway lines available to carriers, their modernization, developing train timetables and maintaining railway infrastructure in good condition. Such tasks mean that rapid exchange of information between employees is a key issue for the company's operation. PKP PLK was looking for a reliable system that would ensure effective audio-video communication with data sharing and high-quality connection.

Each meeting can be archived and available in the form of streaming. As part of the implementation, a solution was also provided for conducting video meetings directly from PCs, so users can access system resources from anywhere. The system has a solution for managing and planning conferences, which facilitates the daily work of administrators and users. The LifeSize solution is an open solution, thanks to which it enables communication with systems from other manufacturers.
